An audio recording of the July 17th 2021 GOP State committee meeting where for the first time in GOP state history visitors were locked out of the meeting.  This violates Oklahoma GOP Rule 3A, where it is a sacred and inviolate right for any registered Republican to participate in the Party.   The meeting was a disaster for the new Chairman, John Bennett, he lost his first motion to censure Senator Lankford and had to table and modify the second motion and adopt another official's plan for the next convention.
